COVID-19 Special Services
Objective: to provide a crisis response dispute resolution service for almost any type of problem, dispute or conflict, in a COVID-19 influenced world.

Processes are chosen to suit the parties and their dispute by delivering maximum speed, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and finality.
Rapid Processes (costs exclude GST)

1. Decisional Process - for almost any dispute (Cost: $1,000 - $2,500)
A neutral Determiner produces an objective, contractually binding, legally-enforceable decision - after hearing each Party’s case and reviewing supporting evidence.

-
Mainly document-based, with online meetings, as required.
-
Parties cannot unilaterally halt the process, after it starts.
-
A contractually enforceable outcome is guaranteed.
-
Legal representatives, experts and support people can be used.
-
Determinations are scope, scale and time-limited, at the Determiner’s discretion.
Process time: limit of 4 weeks (maximum), from commencement to conclusion.
2. Facilitative Process - for almost any dispute (Cost: $250 - $1,000)

A neutral, expert Facilitator guides conversations and negotiations to help parties develop agreeable solutions.

-
100% online meetings (private and/or joint).
-
Agreements are made and documented, by consent between the Parties, or not.
-
Participation in the process (initial and ongoing) is entirely voluntary. Anyone can drop out at any time.
-
Won’t necessarily produce a final outcome.

Process time: limit of 2 weeks (maximum), from commencement to conclusion.
3. SODR: Hybrid Facilitation/Determination Process - for any dispute (Cost: $500 | $1,000 | $1,500)
1. The dispute resolver commences a robust Facilitation to help parties negotiate their own Agreement on all issues in dispute.

2. If Facilitation doesn’t result in Agreement, the Facilitator makes a contractually-binding, legally-enforceable Determination.

3. If all Parties agree, the Determination can be set aside and the dispute referred to an Independent Decision Maker, for a contractually-binding, legally-enforceable Decision.
