Accreditation Concepts

We participated on the committee that drafted the Australian Standard on Dispute Resolution (AS 4608) in 1999 and have promoted active conflict management in businesses and organisations for almost twenty years.

We can assess, advise and accredit any organisation as being a Conflict Managed Organisation (CMO).  Accreditation identifies and differentiates organisations as being good places in which to work and as being good partners to do business with.

To gain accreditation an organisation must have an active conflict management culture, supported by effective conflict management systems.  These are checked through an auditing process. 

If the organisation does not have adequate systems, we can help them to develop and implement such systems through our consulting, design, drafting, training and implementation services.

Benefits of Accreditation

Accreditation entitles organisations to use the CMO logo at their premises, on corporate stationery and on packaging and promotional materials – sending a powerful message about the organisation’s superior operating style and good corporate citizenship to the world at large, while also effectively differentiating the organisation from its competitors.
